Yes. A professional oven clean is included as standard in every end of tenancy clean. For exceptional soiling beyond normal cleaning, additional time may be agreed on arrival.
Yes. If any cleaning issue is raised in your checkout report, notify us in writing within 7 days of completion and the property has not been accessed for any viewing or maintenance work, we will return to address any genuinely missed areas at no charge. Environmental elements such as settled dust or individual hairs, and any deterioration caused by post-clean activity, are excluded. See our full guarantee terms for details.

Every end of tenancy clean is quoted individually based on your property details — bedrooms, bathrooms, ensuites, storeys, furnished/unfurnished status and condition. We confirm a clear, all-inclusive price upfront before any work begins.
Hoovering is included. Hot water extraction (steam) carpet cleaning is a separate add-on service.
