Typical cleaning covered includes the following:

Offices

  • Vacuuming all office areas, including under desks
  • Empty rubbish and recycling bins as required
  • Sweep and mop all hard floor surfaces
  • Dusting – clear desks, other furniture and fixtures (skirting, light switches etc)
  • Clean interior / exterior doors and glass
  • Removal of any stains from surfaces, walls ,cupboards etc.

Kitchens​

  • Loading and emptying of dishwashers
  • Empty kitchen waste and recycling bins
  • Removal of all drink/food stains and cleaning of worktops
  • Hoovering and mopping of floor
  • Cleaning of other furniture and appliances (eg microwave, fridge)
  • Washing up where required.

Toilets

  • Cleaning of all toilets, including removal of limescale and disinfecting toilet bowls and urinals
  • Washing of all sinks and tap fittings
  • Mop all floors with disinfectant.
  • Polish mirrors and wipe over hand dryers
  • Replenish all sanitarian consumables (eg hand towels, toilet rolls, hand soap) if included in contract.
  • Cleaning of showers and washrooms where required
